Kim Healey is the senior partner in Healey HR LLP. As a fully qualified Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), she is the go to person for help and advice.
Healey HR came into being during the recession of 2008. At this time Kim, as the HR Manager of a Bournemouth Law firm, was tasked with making a number of redundancies, the last of which was her own position.
With the support of her husband Paul, she turned this negative into a positive and decided this was the ideal opportunity to create an HR Consultancy to provide the full range of HR services to small and medium sized enterprises, those who had the need of, but not the resources to afford, full time human resources help.
Healey Human Resources, based in Bournemouth, Dorset, flourished from the start gaining local clients in Poole, Bournemouth, Wimborne, Ferndown, Ringwood, Dorchester, Weymouth and Bridport and further afield in Surrey, Devon, Hampshire and Wiltshire, all points across the south of England along with clients further afield.
As the client base grew and the volume of work increased Paul, who had recently retired from a career as a Police Detective joined the company bringing with him substantial valuable expertise in conducting investigations of misconduct and, together, they have grown the business into the partnership Healey HR LLP.
